Our Flagship Projects: Integrating our Activities
Českobrodská škola: The 21st Century School
This innovative Prague high school serves as a living laboratory for sustainable design. It features passive, carbon-positive construction with smart water management and intelligent climate control. The building offers outdoor learning spaces and recreational areas, setting a new standard for educational facilities, particularly in vocational training.
Florenc21: Urban Regeneration
Our contribution in the project consists in the elaboration of the energy concept, water management concept and verification of thermal comfort by microclimatic simulation in Florenc district. Our award-winning regeneration concept for Prague’s Florenc district seamlessly integrates with the surrounding urban fabric. This mixed-use development transforms the area into a 24-hour accessible transport hub that doubles as a social and cultural center. With its human-scale design, diverse public spaces, and emphasis on walkability and cycling, our concept creates a climate-responsive urban environment that supports a healthy work-life balance.
